Hampton Inn Dalton

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free internet access, 24-hour reception, and fitness center. The staff even helped me with a phone charger on my first stay. I'm coming back for a new year!

Booked.net supposed gave me a reservation but Hampton Inn didn't have it. They said if booked through a third party the reservation didn't show up there!! We were out of luck. Booked.net is the worst

They tried to overcharge us and had to fight to get this changed. The staff was not very friendly or helpful with this problem. Will not stay here again!

The bed was very comfortable and Arlene kept the room spic and span!

Everything was great. Will stay there next time I visit Dalton!

I left my purse at breakfast and within 10 minutes Jose the desk employee returned it to me unharmed. The staff was so polite and helpful.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but I'd say it's acceptable for what you get.

The room, bathroom, appliances were clean and in very good condition. Nothing worn out or too old. Location was great! I walked to the best restaurants - Outback and Cracker Barrel. No loud noises on this Thursday night, except interstate traffic, which was not bad.

Bed slept okay, but pillows kept going flat, so I had to keep balling them up or stacking them.

The hotel was overall clean and our room was perfectly clean. The staff was excellent and outstandingly accommodating, we got their full attention. The venue's location was absolutely perfect, really close to a Hampton like that, convenient dining options, and many stores and places.

Well priced and lovely modern place with nice facilities. A huge variety of options, outstanding food.

The access to my room felt convenient, and the vintage charm added character. The breakfast selection had something for everyone. I noticed some areas needed a refresh, especially the furniture. A pleasant experience during my American road trip!

We visited nearby attractions like the local art museum and a fantastic hiking spot. The breakfast was solid, and we loved the comfy bedding. The fitness center was a nice bonus for a quick workout. Just a heads-up, make sure to check for any maintenance needs in your room before settling in.

Jose at the front desk stood out for his honesty and helpfulness. He promptly returned my purse left at breakfast, showcasing excellent integrity. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by misdirected navigation to a room that reeked of unpleasant odors. The lack of internal hallways made accessing my room inconvenient, with the noise from the nearby highway disrupting my sleep. The indulgent pastries at breakfast provided a brief highlight but couldn't compensate for the overall discomfort.

The lobby was warmly inviting, with a lovely fireplace. The easy access to my room ensured I didn't struggle with my bags, which I appreciated as a senior traveler.

More seating options in common areas would be nice.

Checked in for a night and really appreciated the comfy bed and the outdoor swimming pool. It was perfect after a long drive. The fitness center was a fantastic bonus for keeping up my routine! Just a heads up, the bathroom could use a little update, but overall, I'd gladly stay again.
